You can register for programs online, by calling 403.260.2620, or in person at your community library. You’ll need a valid Library card number and PIN for each person attending the program. Both parents/caregivers and children must have valid library memberships to register for all parented children’s programs. Walk 150: Alexander Calhoun Library, SW - Christmas Lights Walk

Christmas Lights Walk: We'll walk through the neighbourhoods of Elbow Park and Mount Royal to soak up the festive light displays. Post-walk hot chocolate and goodies will be served to celebrate the season and the Walk 150 initiative. Thanks to Analog Cafe and Corbeaux Bakery for the generous donation of post-walk drinks and tasty treats!

Walk 150: Central Library SE

Walking north, we'll climb to Crescent Heights and views of the Bow River, downtown, and the Rockies. Explore the nature trails on McHugh Bluffs before dropping into quirky Sunnyside to look for gargolyes and the Art Car. We'll cross the Peace Bridge and travel the Bow River Pathway on return.
